ABOUT LAURIE BERKNER’S NEW CD

Award-Winning, best-selling children’s performer Laurie Berkner has released her first-ever collection of greatest hits, The Best Of The Laurie Berkner Band, this past June.  All five of The Laurie Berkner Band’s CDs are represented: Whaddaya Think Of That? (1997); Buzz Buzz (1998); Victor Vito (1999); Under A Shady Tree (2002) and Rocketship Run (2008).  Special bonus tracks inclding a new song, “Open Your heart,” are also included.

    My son is 9 and we’ve been listening to Laurie forever! We actually got to see her play at the Eric Carle Museum which was incredible! It’s hard to pick a favorite song, but one of them is “Bottle Caps”…it’s so much fun!

    We love Laurie Berkner. I once saw her with her daughter at a playground in NYC, but I was too shy to go talk to her.
