SHOW Circus Studio

Easthampton, MA ♦ Circus Arts Classes:  The Fall session of week day youth circus classes will begin on September 12th at SHOW Circus Studio. Every class will consist of a warm up, skill building, cool down and games. They will work on trapeze, fabric, juggling, tumbling and acrobatics, human pyramids, balancing, strength and flexibility. Circus is a great way to increase self esteem, have fun, get in shape, improve focus and learn new skills. Each group will have a performance on the last day of class to show family and friends all the great circus skills they’ve been learning. They have multiple classes for all ages and abilities. Northampton Community Music Center

Northampton, MA ♦ On Sunday, September 11, from 2-4 pm, the Northampton Community Music Center will host its annual Open House & Instrument Petting Zoo. Come see, hear and try out different musical instruments, meet our teachers, take free demo classes, and enjoy some live music on NCMC’s front lawn. NCMC is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1986 with 50 professional faculty members serving more than 850 students annually. NCMC also hosts more than 75 performances and events each year. Programs include instruction in 25 different instruments, choruses, instrumental ensembles, vocal performance classes, recording studio classes, summer programs and special workshops. The Art Garden

Shelburne Falls, MA ♦ The Art Garden has great afterschool programming for kids of all ages! Afterschool creative studio time for K-6 children is available Mondays and Wednesdays until 5:30pm. Kids explore, invent, and discover; draw, paint, and build; learn, share, and  inspire each other; and have lots of fun! Cost is $5 per hour paid monthly. Rolling admission starts September 19. The Art Garden’s pay-what-you-can ARTeens program takes place Tuesdays beginning in October. ARTeens applications are available on the For Teens page of www.theartgarden.org.
